LEADLESS BRASS BARS
It is known that “an intake of the lead is toxic in the human body”
for the long time.
According to the recent epidemiology investigation,it is reported that,there
can be the thing that it give bad influence to the intelligence of the
child when even the low-level intake lasts for a long term of the lead
that it was thought that there was not venomousness before.
Therefore,in Jpan,2001.April,the law for Recycling of Specified kinds of
Home Appliances is established for the purpose of promoting the reuse of
resources,reducing waste,and preventing environmental pollution by the
toxic substances such as the heavy metal including the lead, as a result,confirmed
to aguideline of WHO in April.2003,a water service water standard of the
lead was revised.
In this situation, an effort to lower lead content in environment as much
as possible was performed in the field of each other, and in the Brass
bar including lead used as material such as Home appliance, the water circumstance
product,scattering to the whole air at the time of the cutting was pointed
out as well as elution of the lead from the product to drinking water,
and the development of the materials in which did not include the lead
which environmental considered was strongly expected.
In such a movement, each Brass bar maker pushed forward development of
the Brass bar which removed a material pointed oout venomousness such as
the lead, but cut characteristics were bad, and manufacture was said in
comparison with the conventional Brass bars that hard to please.
By the later innovation, the maker succeeded in development of the leadless
Brass bars with the almost conventional characteristic, and started sale.
